Workouts You Can Do At Home

Staying physically active is an important part of your health. That’s why at Yoli, we recommend working out 30-45 minutes three to five times each week. We know it’s not always easy to get down to the gym, but fortunately, there are a lot of ways you can work out in the comfort of your own home!

Bodyweight Exercises

Bodyweight exercises are a great way to embrace both cardio and strength-training, and they can easily be done at your home! Try a circuit of the following exercises:

  • Jumping jacks
  • High knees
  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Plank

For this circuit, you’ll do thirty seconds of exercise followed by thirty seconds of rest. That means you’ll do thirty seconds of jumping jacks, thirty seconds of rest, thirty seconds of high knees, thirty seconds of rest, and so on. Don’t be afraid to modify the moves and take things as slowly as you need when you first start out!


Yoga is great for both your physical and emotional health. While it’s helpful to take a few classes from an instructor in person to familiarize yourself with the motions, there are a lot of videos and apps available online that can help guide you through a yoga routine. Be sure to pick one that corresponds with your current fitness level so you don’t accidentally overdo it and/or injure yourself!
